What counts as a user?
Every staff account that can sign in to Restovax — owners, managers, waiters, chefs and cashiers. Your customers are never charged for, and neither are your public ordering pages or QR menus.
What is the difference between Starter and Enterprise?
Starter covers running service day to day: POS, kitchen display, tables, reservations, online ordering and daily reports. Enterprise adds the AI agents, customer automation, inventory and recipe costing, business intelligence and advanced multi-branch reporting.
What happens when I hire or lose staff?
Add or remove staff accounts whenever you need to. Your bill is worked out from the accounts on your restaurant, so it goes up when you hire and down when you don't.
